P. White	I have just bought a Zoom H2 from you, and to say that your presentation and services are excellent, would be an understatement. I have only used your service twice, both transactions as near perfect as you can get, although I have recommended you too many of my friends. Your web site is interesting, very informative and well laid out, the ordering system is efficient and straight forward and when you say next day delivery you do indeed mean the next day, very impressive. With regards to my present purchase – the Zoom H2 Handy Recorder. It is all that the reviews say and more, it is just an amazing piece of equipment, the clarity is just astounding, and many other companies are charging more with possible delivery date in February. If you were to put the Zoom H2 on eBay, you would clean up, the only Zoom H2’s on eBay at the moment are all from the USA with the obvious postage delay. In conclusion I’m am one very happy customer, not just with my latest purchase, but also with your very friendly professional presentation. Incidentally this is the first time that I have been offered a package tracking system, to follow the progress of my item through the delivery process. To know exactly where the package is a any time is fascinating. To often companies receive complaints when they get it wrong, and quite rightly so. It is unfortunate that customers are less likely to “put pen to paper” when a company gets it right. Therefore I wish to state that in my opinion, your professional presentation is exemplary and second to none. Many thanks.

Holmes	To all Musicstreet staff, On behalf of myself (who placed the order), My son who asked me to find the item and my grandson who so desperately wanted the guitar for xmas, we wish to thank all musicstreet staff who were involved in the sourcing,preparing and shipping this order in time for xmas. Having only about 12 working days to find the guitar and get it delivered for xmas, i knew i was on the limit. However music street had the guitar he wanted at an unbelieveably low price compared to other companies. Unfortunately the item was out of stock in the colour he wanted, so i advised musicstreet to continue with the order and we would hope for the best. Sure enough after a lot of sweating and prior warnings to my grandson that he may be unlucky for xmas, i received the email confirming delivery and it arrived at 11.30am xmas eve. On opening the box we found that the instrument had still been inspected and pre-tuned even though time was short. Once again, many thanks to musicstreet and i highly recommend them to other people looking for musical instruments.Their prices and customer service cannot be beaten.

T. Price	Incredible guitar...excellent!!!. Super fast delivery, the order was placed at 4.40 on Tuesday and here in Yorkshire by noon on Thursday. Superbly competitive price...the best that we could find and really helpful, polite guys at the end of the phone. Its always a worry parting with your hard earned cash over the net/phone, but could not be more satisfied with the guitar and service!

J. Baker	I ordered a Les Paul Special, distortion pedal and some Ernie Ball strings yesterday at 3pm. At 3:30 I received an email saying its packed ready for dispatch, then another email at 4pm saying its dispatched. Most companies claim items are dispatched when in fact they are sat in a warehouse for 48hrs waiting to be collected by the postman. ** Well, im shocked that it arrived this morning at 7:45am. How on earth did you manage to get it delivered that quickly? Is your shop next door to the courrier company? Its a large fragile item so that really was a top service! I guess when you say "its in stock" then you really mean "its in stock" Many thanks for THE best service an internet company has provided me to date. You really are one of, if not the fastestest dispatching companies out there! Next day on a 3pm order! -- I really was not expecting that!
