Full Description
Sounds Better with Age
A solid top ensures your guitar will sound better with age. The more you play, the more the tone opens up and grows over time. A solid spruce top delivers a broad dynamic range, with a clear, strong, and versatile response. This means you can play a wide variety of genres and techniques with ease. A truly dynamic sound.
Furthermore, with solid sapele back and sides, this guitar really does deliver a distinctive sonic-footprint. Solid sapele has emphasis in the mid-range with airy, bright trebles, a powerful punch. It has a well-balanced tone that is consistent and full. The stunning blend of timber gives the Martin Dreadnought Jr a sweeping dynamic sound that's perfect for almost any genre or playing style. Versatility is truly at your fingertips.
Comfortable with a Big Sonic Impact
Compact, slimmed down, and easy-to-play. This Martin Acoustic brings comfort without losing that bold, distinctive character of bigger bodied guitars. It has the shape of a traditional dreadnought, with a slightly shorter scale and slimmed down body. This is truly perfect for players that struggle with the bulk of a traditional dreadnought. The Dreadnought Jr also has softened edges, ensuring your playing experience is superbly comfortable. Furthermore, the Martin Jr delivers a balanced, rich, versatile character. Experience a big, rich sound of a traditional dreadnought with the comfort and playability of a 000 body.
