Solid Cedar Top

The Godin Concert QIT features a stunning select pressure tested solid cedar top. The manufacturing process of pressure testing each solid top ensures they have the highest levels of stiffness and rigidity, along with maximum harmonic vibration. This process is becoming more and more popular with guitar manufacturing as it benefits the overall tone, projection, and resonance of a guitar. It is this combination of quality, rigidity, and flexibility that gives the top its incredible resonance and stunning appearance.

The Godin Concert QIT is also environmentally friendly, as the wood used for the top is found only in Cedar trees that have previously fallen. Cedar is well known for its distinctive straight grain and red-brown tones, as well as being a particular common choice for finger-style players.

Q1T Electronics

The addition of Godin's Q1T electronics provides the Godin Concert QIT with an incredible performance designed for the studio and stage. This streamlined setup features a responsive saddle-transducer and an easy to use preamp section mounted to the side of the guitar. Operating this preamp is quick and easy with it rotary controls for volume, treble, and bass, letting you deliver on-the-fly tone tweaking. The transducer and EQ section have been specially contoured to bring out the rich characteristics of your tone, providing a full reproduction of your sound for a powerful playing experience. A built-in tuner is also added, ensuring your guitar remains in tune in any environment.

Attention to Detail

A beautiful guitar wouldn't be complete without the final touches. The Godin Concert QIT is nicely finished off with an intricate rosette, cream binding, and rosewood bridge, as well as a cream Tusq nut and a fully compensated saddle by Graphtech.
