Thank you for shopping with MusicStreet. This policy explains how we prepare and ship your order, what delivery costs, and when to expect it. The delivery options and prices shown at checkout always reflect the rates below.

1. Workshop setup and dispatch

• Instruments are inspected and set up in our Huntingdon workshop before they are shipped.
• In-stock orders are dispatched after setup within 1–2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays begin processing on the next working day.
• You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. UK delivery (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)

Estimated arrival: the estimated arrival date shown on product pages and in your basket allows up to 2 working days for setup and dispatch, followed by next-working-day courier delivery. Standard parcels for orders under £25 can take a little longer. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or other events outside our control.

3. Pre-order items

• Products marked Pre-order are not currently in stock but can be ordered now.
• Pre-order items are set up and dispatched as soon as stock arrives from the manufacturer. We'll contact you if the expected date changes.
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, please contact us if you would like the in-stock items sent first.
• You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund.

4. Click & Collect

Free collection is available from our store at 10 Chequers Court, Huntingdon PE29 3LJ (Monday to Saturday, 10am – 5pm). Choose Pickup at checkout and wait for our "ready for collection" email before travelling. Please bring your order confirmation.

5. Channel Islands and Isle of Man

DPD (3–4 working days after dispatch): £35.00.

6. International delivery

We ship to many countries worldwide. Available services and prices for your destination are shown at checkout once you enter your address. Current rates include:

Import duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees may be charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility unless they are collected at checkout.

7. Insurance, damage and missing parcels

• UK orders of £99 and over are sent with free insured delivery, covered until they are delivered to you.
• Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If the box or item is damaged, or something is missing, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with photos, and we'll put it right.
• If tracking shows no movement for 3 working days, let us know and we'll chase the carrier for you.

8. Delivery address and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If a courier can't deliver, they will usually leave a card or message with redelivery options. If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
