Maton is universally revered by live performers due to the proprietary AP5 Pro pickup system. By combining a high-output undersaddle piezo with an internal condenser microphone, players can blend true natural acoustic space and percussive body taps directly into a PA system with exceptional feedback resistance.

The SRS808 (Solid Road Series) features all-solid Western Red Cedar or Sitka Spruce tops with Blackwood back and sides in a satin finish for pure acoustic workhorse performance. The EBG808 Nashville adds a hand-applied vintage sunburst gloss finish, AAA-grade Sitka top, Soundboard bracing, and upgraded gold Grover Rotomatic tuners.
