When electric guitars and electric basses - such as those by Gibson, Rickenbacker, PRS (Paul Reed Smith) and Godin - have a stereo output, they divide the pickup signals that would normally be transmitted from a single output into two different channels. Each signal can be transmitted separately. These instruments need a stereo cable with a three-pin stereo jack connector at one end and two mono jacks at the other.
We chose once again robust, slim Neutrik jack connectors for its Klotz Vario Stereo Guitar Cable and its tried-and-tested KIK cable for the Vario. Its high withdrawal force delivers maximum stability, while double shielding including a conductive plastic shield reliably protects against electromagnetic interference.
