This 2008 Epiphone Les Paul Standard in a lemon burst finish has a few marks here and there, but is still setup well and plays great. Its origins reach all the way back to the 1940s, when Les Paul himself developed the world's first solidbody electric guitar at the Epiphone factory in New York. Since then, Les continued to collaborate with Epiphone's luthiers to review new products and offer input. He always appreciated their craftsmanship, saying, “Epiphone always made a good guitar.”
