East Indian Rosewood forms the back and sides, complimented by a sitka spruce, Vintage Tone System top. These are then augmented by the dovetail neck joint. Everything has been put together using a natural protein glue, which increases durability and helps to highlight and enhance the aged, rich Martin tone.

You won't find another guitar like this within Martin's product range, that's for sure; it's one visually stunning guitar. European flamed maple binding and a '30s-style script logo lend a seriously superior look to the instrument, while gold frets and gold open-gear tuners only add further excellence. 

These older design choices have been incorporated alongside more modern features. The new and improved, asymmetrical neck shape remains comfortable while moving up and down the fretboard. Playability really is top of the agenda here. 

A composite carbon fibre bridgeplate, titanium truss rod, and liquid metal bridge pins complete proceedings. These all guarantee that this guitar meets the high-standards of even the most discerning current-day player.
