Lightweight Basswood Body

The Deluxe Jazzmaster has a striking asymmetrical body with deep cutaways to provide easy access to the upper frets. The solid basswood tonewood offers a powerful midrange with excellent dynamics and definition, letting you create fat, well balanced tones that have plenty of power behind it. The basswood also provides the guitar with a lightweight feel, allowing you to play for hours without straining your shoulders.

"C" Shaped Maple Neck and Rosewood Fingerboard

Designed with a maple neck to add tightness and cut to the guitar's tone, its "C" shaped profile offers an incredibly comfortable performance that lets you slide across the fingerboard with ease. The rosewood fingerboard provides warm characteristics that help ‘fur’ up the maple’s harsh sound, letting you create smooth tones that sing. The maple and rosewood combination provides the guitar with a sizzling high end that sparkles, a thick and firm low end, and a snappy attack in the midrange.

A Classic Fender Design

A set of single coil Jazzmaster pickups provide the guitar with authentic Fender tones, creating sizzling tones that suit a range of musical styles. Featuring the same dual-circuit switching as the original, the Squier can deliver the same versatile sounds as its Fender counterpart. The guitar is also designed with an adjustable bridge and stop tailpiece to offer excellent intonation and keeps the strings secure.
