The Spector Legend 4 Classic comes loaded with a set of custom-wound Bartolini pickups. Built exclusively for Spector, these hum-canceling pickups deliver an open, resonant sound and unmatched note articulation. This classic P/J pairing features a single-conductor shielded cable that minimizes unwanted interference. The wide range of tones that these pickups exhibit is well-suited for any playing style.
TonePump Jr. active preamp
The Legend 4 Classic comes equipped with a proprietary preamp circuit derived from the much-discussed Petr Michalík TonePump. Every TonePump Jr. is built using good-sense engineering and ear tested, by Petr himself, for sound and context. 12dB of highly interactive bass and treble shaping equip the Legend 4 Classic for just about any style of music you're likely to encounter.

3-piece bolt-on maple neck
A neck built from three pieces of hard maple, secured to the body using five screws and strengthened with a rugged dual-action truss rod, gives the Legend 4 Classic incredible stability between tune-ups and a cutting tone to match.
