Terry Cooper OM Acoustic Guitar
This guitar was built in 2012 by Terry Cooper; a guitar luthier from Newcastle-Under-Lyme. Terry was mostly known for making copies of Fender Telecaster and Stratocaster guitars to a high quality. He made 21 of these stunning OM guitars, of which this one is number 21. Terry is now retired unfortunately due to ill health, and now lives in Norfolk.
Significantly larger than a parlour guitar, the OM guitars have similar volume and tone qualities to a dreadnought. The guitar fits comfortably when in a seated position. The action on the guitar is low (just under 2mm at the 12th fret). The fretboard has a gentle radius making it easy on the index fingers for clear barre chords. The guitars plays beautifully with no buzzing or dead spots at any point on the neck.
