For several years, the HT range has been a highly-regarded series of valve amps from Blackstar. Due to its compact size and focus on flawless tone, it has become a go-to choice for both professional and aspiring musicians in home studios. Following extensive research and development, we are thrilled to unveil the new and improved HT MK III range of valve amplifiers.

The HT 5R MK III amplifiers retain all of the renowned features of the previous series along with the introduction of our world-class DSP speaker simulator CabRig, which allows guitarists to choose between 100s of different cabinet, mic, mic placement and room settings. These settings can be saved and stored into 3 presets which can be recalled directly from the amplifier.

Along with these new cutting edge features, the new HT 5R MK III amplifiers bring a strikingly more modern aesthetic design to the table that looks as good as any premium boutique amplifier. The new panel has a clean, crisp look and cornerless covering, which combined with classic chickenhead knobs and a new paper fret will make these amplifiers stand out. On top of these new boutique aesthetic upgrades, we have introduced high quality mini toggle switches, updated the LED colours and swapped out the plastic logo for a new metal plate version.
