Joe Bonamassa, the living legend of blues rock, partnered with Gibson USA to create this magnificent Les Paul - designed to Joe's exact specifications and hand-signed by the Master himself - as an homage to the early '60s.

Possibly the biggest name on the current blues rock scene is Joe Bonnamassa. Gibson worked closely with Joe to bring the best of his sound and setup to players everywhere. At the higher end of the range is this stunning Les Paul Joe Bonamassa "Tomato Soup Burst" Limited Edition. 

Only 150 have been made worldwide, and MusicStreet have a USED one in stock. 

How it looks:

Let's start with the most noticeable element of this guitar, the finish. The name Tomato soup burst doesnt really do it justice. The golden yellow to crimson fade is expertly applied, stunning to look at and brings out the real beauty of the natural flame maple top. If this is soup it's a high class consomme at the ritz.

The back and sides have a smooth red-brown finish over mahogany which continues up the neck to the headstock.

The Pickups:

Seymour Duncan have created a set of proprietary pickups for this model, the 52-Nc and 53-Nc. Normally we'd provide a whole list of what each piece is made of but in this instance they're keeping the exact construction a secret. All we can say is, bieng Joe's signature models, these are going to be first rate.
