Godin LGXT

The LGXT is a multi-voiced guitar that offers versatility, and an incredible sound power with three distinct voices. The body is crafted from silver leaf maple with poplar wings, and a figured maple top, which provides excellent tone, and pleasing aesthetics. Godin's Specially Designed Neck

The LGXT features a mahogany neck which offers durability and rich warmth. The specially designed neck is pitch angled, which has a huge impact on the sound projected. In addition to its superb tone, Godin are renowned for their tight-fitting neck attachments that provides support to the neck and body and offers precise neck pitch. The neck also features Godin's signature Ergocut shaping technique, which bevels the edges of the fingerboard, providing a smooth play and an extremely comfortable worn-in feel.

Seymour Duncan Custom Humbuckers

The Godin LGXT delivers electric sounds using two Seymour Duncan Humbucker pickups, offering the SH II Jazz in the neck, and a Custom III in the bridge. Players are able to split the sound to achieve single coil tone via its five-way switch setup. Players can also achieve Extra meaty Humbucker tones with glassy single coil sounds in the second and fourth position.

Acoustic Capability

The LGXT is extremely versatile, once the electric volume is turned down and the volume is raised on the transducer saddles, the LGXT becomes an incredibly authentic-sounding acoustic guitar. Its acoustic voice is enhanced by an on-board preamp with three-way EQ. The two inputs are designed so that the electric and acoustic voices can be blended together, separate volume controls on the guitar make it easy to mix the two signals. This innovative guitar provides players with an extremely versatile guitar, with lots of fun features to explore.

Synth Access

The Godin LGXT's third voice is synth tracking, the 13-pin connector provides direct access to all Roland GR series synths as well as most other 13-pin devices. The synth setting enables players to achieve more unique tones, and sound like a completely different instrument. Offering one of the most versatile guitars on the market, the guitar features two mini toggle switches that can be alternated between all three voices, offering personalised setup ideal for the gigging guitarist.
