This special Fender Hot Rod III Hot Rod Deluxe combo amplifier exudes refinement and great sound, with a stately Wine Red vinyl covering, Wheat coloured grille cloth and the classic woody tone of a 12" Celestion G12P-80. Other premium appointments on the Fender Hot Rod III Hot Rod Deluxe combo, include a top-mount black control panel with Ivory "chicken head" knobs and front-reading text, "tighter" overdrive, graduated volume and treble pot tapers, footswitch and limited edition FSR (Factory Special Run) badge.
This classic amplifier provides 40 watts output RMS and thanks to the 3 x 12AX7 Groove Tube Pre-amp valves and 2 x 6L6 Groove Tube output valves, produces the iconic warm, clean tones that we have come to associate with Fender valve amplifiers. It has 2 jack inputs with one being high input and the other two low input rated, whilst the range of tones can be further extended by the inclusion of 3 band EQ plus a Drive Select Switch, Drive Volume control and a Bright Switch. The Fender Hot Rod III Hot Rod Deluxe combo amplifier also comes with its own snug fitting amp cover.
