Overview
The Paoletti Lounge Series Nancy in Heavy Relic Black over Sunburst is a unique and meticulously crafted instrument that combines vintage aesthetics with modern playability. Handcrafted in Italy, this guitar showcases the exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design that Paoletti Guitars are renowned for.
Design and Aesthetics
This model features a chestnut wood body with a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, giving it a distinct aged appearance that highlights the guitar's vintage character. The heavy relic black over sunburst finish adds a layer of depth and visual interest, making it a standout piece in any collection.
Playability
The guitar is equipped with a Canadian roasted maple neck paired with an African ebony fingerboard, which is adorned with olive block inlays. This combination offers a smooth and comfortable playing experience, with a bone nut ensuring precise string alignment and tuning stability. The neck is finished with satin urethane, enhancing the overall playability and feel.
Tone and Versatility
The Paoletti Nancy is fitted with high-quality pickups designed to deliver a versatile range of tones. The bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan Psyclone, known for its clarity and punch, while the neck pickup is a Paoletti Humbucker Rock II, offering a rich, full-bodied sound. This configuration allows for a wide array of sonic possibilities, from bright, cutting leads to warm, mellow rhythms.
Hardware
The hardware on this model is both functional and visually striking. It includes a Bigsby Original B5 bridge, brass hardware, and a brass pickguard, all contributing to the guitar's vintage aesthetic and robust performance. The Kluson vintage tuners ensure reliable tuning stability, while the shotgun shell knobs add a unique touch to the overall design.
