Beautifully rich sound
Expertly crafted into the powerful super folk shape are two extraordinary tonewoods that have stood the test of time in the acoustic world. Used for the body top, spruce delivers heavenly articulation and superb dynamics - must-haves for musicians wanting to pierce through the mix. Its versatility is unmatched and will ensure those trebles chime and the lower range bellows, whatever you play. Pair this with figured flame mahogany back and sides, and you'll have perfectly balanced sound with an undercurrent of resonance and warmth flowing beneath.
Give it some oomph
Take your sound to new heights. Let it soar through the ceiling, reach the heavens, and captivate everyone in the room. It's all possible with Tanglewood's EX4 EQ electronics. Whether you're connected to an amp or PA system, you can count on the responsive and dynamic pickup to faithfully capture the exquisite tonal qualities of mahogany and spruce. A 4-band EQ then allows for precise, effortless sound sculpting, so you can shape the exact tone you want.
