USED - Fender Roadhouse Stratocaster USA 1997

Fender USA unveiled their upgraded American Standard Stratocaster series in 1997, the "Lone Star," "Big Apple" and "Roadhouse," with this Roadhouse model flaunting three overwound Texas Special single-coil pickups in the standard Stratocaster configuration, plus a pearl guard, a maple neck with double string trees, and a radiant Candy Apple Red finish.

These "hot-rodded" Strats had a short, three-year production run from 1997 to 2000 - and were replaced by with the more common "Texas Special" line. This one is a first-year model Maple neck option that wasn't very popular in '97.
