The solid brass bridge with gold plated saddles adds to the bass' unique look. Every order includes a deluxe ostrich hardshell case and a certificate of authenticity signed by Ray Burton. Whether you're a player or collector, this bass is a must-have.
When Ray Burton, Cliff Burton's father, saw the new Aria Pro II Signature Bass, he said "What a beautiful instrument and a great way to honor Cliff. In 1982, he bought a Rickenbacker guitar for his first year with Metallica, and he loved it. But it wasn't tough enough for touring heavy metal. So, in 1984, Cliff was introduced to an Aria Pro II bass, and he was hooked. He praised its strength and said it was just right for playing. He was devoted to his Aria basses until his death, with several of them at that time.
Although the Cliff Burton is no longer available to purchase, you may want to check out the SB1000 which Aria still make in very small batches from their Japanese factory. contact us for lead times
